Matthew 22:21

They say unto him, Caesar's.  Then saith he unto them, "Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's."

PROTECTING AMERICANS FROM ABUSIVE GOVERNMENT

Government comes from men, civil rights come from government.  However, men come from God.  Therefore, there are innate rights inherent to our humanity, which supersede government provision and restrictions.  This organization exists in service to the protections of those.

We are the sole organization providing protections for all of the (30) internationally recognized human rights of Nebraskans.  We work with policymakers to improve the framework of services.

We perform case studies and other research to determine areas of possible improvement and provide FREE consultation to individuals, organizations, corporations, government agencies and political candidates.  We provide FREE presentations to schools and other academic institutions.

VILLAGE IN PROGRESS of NEBRASKA is partnered with the USIDHR.

WE ARE COMPRISED OF THREE GENRATIONS OF NEBRASKANS MAKING OUR HOME HERE SINCE 1994.

OUR TEAM IS COMPLETELY VOLUNTEER, NO PAID EMPLOYEES, AND WE WILL ACCEPT ANYBODY.

TO MAINTAIN OUR INTEGRITY AND OBJECTIVITY, WE DO NOT TAKE ANY GRANT MONEY, WHATSOEVER.

We employ Dr. Martin Luther King's 4 principal tenets of non-violent resistance in every direct action we organize.  We do not condone violence as a means to an end, regardless of the circumstances.

EQUALITY UNDER NEBRASKA LAW

We perform casework to verify codification and compliance with the (1948) UDHR.  Assessment occurring on a case-by-case basis for consistency in objectivity is called an audit, or a case study, depending on whether it is done in a clinical capacity, or as a function of government.  Lawyers rely on case law to defend the rights of their clients.  Researchers rely on case studies to expand competence in their field.  Therefore, we find analytic casework is likewise essential for the exercise of human rights.
